Please arrive no later than 4:15 PM to start loading onto the gondola at the base of the mountain. A gondola ticket will be given to each one of our guests. The scenic gondola ride is approximately 7 minutes. A shuttle will be waiting upon arrival at the top of the mountain to take everyone to the ceremony and reception at Lunch Rock. Get ready for stunning views and unforgettable memories!

There will be two shuttles in the evening to take guests back to the gondola. One at 9:30 PM and one at the end of the wedding reception at 10:30 PM. The gondola will take guests back to the base of the mountain. Whether you’re reliving the night’s highlights or soaking in the starry sky, we’ve got your journey covered.

Although we cannot predict the exact weather, temperatures in Winter Park in June are typically around daytime highs of 70 degrees, and nighttime lows of 40 degrees. It’s usually a bit cooler up on the mountain, so consider bringing layers to stay comfortable!
